YES, YOU READ RIGHT! We're so eager to let you know that Shattered is now available in 4 new languages.

Spanish, German, Simplified Chinese & Russian are now in!

We're delighted to have worked with From the Void to make this little miracle happen. Shoutout to them for their work, because, as you might know by now, the lore of Shattered is particularly dense, deep and literary... And they did amazing ♥

It is definitely not the only thing we've done on the game this past month, so... Here you go for the patch notes!

FIXES:

• The sword collision system is way more precise (no more hits not landing when they should!)

• The Wanderer's hits now land or miss the foes' shields more consistantly depending on your position

• The keybinding menu now displays the keys depending on your layout

• Multiple sound design fixes

• The triangle teleporters are more dynamic, and won't kill you anymore nor let your ennemies hit you while you're in there :D

• Loot in the maze will no longer disappear when recharging a game

• Higher resolutions are now supported (yay for the 4K!)

• No more random heart attacks when riding your hoverboard in the Ancient Lands

ADDITIONS:

• Russian, Spanish, Simplified Chinese and German are supported!

• Aaaand please welcome the Steam cloud save!

CHANGES:

• Slopes are now taken into account in combat: no more hitting the ground or slicing the air above your ennemies' heads when fighting on a hill!

• When using the Catalyst or a potion, you won't be able to dash nor attack, but the animation time has been reduced

• The parry frames are now in the beginning of the animation, for it to be more easily executed

• More feedback when taking damage and landing hits

• Kûta now opens her menu from her very first dialog, and Y'aak also gives the Whisperer Mark right away

• The boost of the Espada is now on the same input as the sprint: press once to activate, and a second time to stop it

• Jumping keeps the sprint momentum

• Malkel's AI has been changed a little bit

• Groups of foes guarding chests in the Ancient Lands are now in small bastions 04.jpg

Change of price

As you may have noticed, during the Early Access we said the game's price would slightly increase at its full release, like most games getting out of EA do. For various reasons, we finally decided not to do it right away, and the price stayed the same.

We're now 3 months post release, we haven't stopped working on Shattered to better it as much as we can, and as it's now available in 6 languages in total, we decided the price change could fit with this update.

What's coming next?

We're still working on a last major patch notes to come by the beginning of summer. It will be about fight & foes, and will contain a lot of big changes, reworks and optimizations.
